A true aggresively priced condo program and property manager program for all condo corporations within Ontario. Jeff has consistently achieved growth levels that are well above industry standards while placing a paramount importance on providing a high level of customer service.

May Liu is an Insurance Professional as well as a Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario. With over 20 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Broker, she has acquired a wealth of knowledge in dealing with both clients and insurance companies. Since 2001, May has been a vital team member of our condo program, assisting in every capacity by sharing her vast experience and knowledge in this sector. May possesses the ability to identify vital exposures and properly address them with respect to insurance placement. Her industry contacts enable her to obtain the most optimal insurance packages for her clients in regards to coverages and competitive terms.

Chance joined the Condo team in February 2017, straight from Fanshawe College's business insurance program. Chance graduated on the Dean's honour roll and received two scholarship awards, being recognized for the Business Insurance Alpha/Rho Leadership Award and the TC Insurance Adjusters Award. He brings energy and youth to the team. Chance is a Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario and a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP). He is currently working towards his CPIB and is always trying to further his knowledge about insurance.

Jacklyn joined Condominium Insurance Solutions in February of 2019 and has brought with her experiences from her time doing personal lines group insurance.
