As President of Condominium Insurance Solutions, Chance is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the organization. Working closely with condominium boards, property managers, insurers, and industry partners, he focuses on delivering innovative insurance solutions, strengthening insurer partnerships, enhancing client service, and ensuring CIS remains at the forefront of the condominium insurance marketplace.

May oversees the day-to-day operations of CIS and plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients and business partners. With extensive experience in condominium insurance operations, process management, and client service, she provides leadership and support to our service teams while helping drive operational excellence across the organization. Her commitment to efficiency, consistency, and client satisfaction helps ensure every client receives the high level of service CIS is known for.

Jacklyn joined Condominium Insurance Solutions in February of 2019 and has brought with her experiences from her time doing personal lines group insurance.

Jax brings a positive energy and a sense harmony to our office. She strives to provide prompt and efficient service to our clients ensuring requests are handled professionally. Her initiative, eagerness and willingness to learn has made her a great addition to our team.
